Hi,
After updating the Jetpack plugin I couldn’t access the admin site. A friend of mine finally manage to do it but some things are still inaccesible, all I get is a white page.
I tried to access via ftp but I din’t config this site on the first place and I don’t know the user and pass to do it. If I use my user and pass for the website I received the “wrong username or password”. I’ve searched on google and I’ve found where that the ftp info is on the admin site, but as I said I cannot access to that page, at least not all of it. I also tried to disable all my plugins, first on the admin page (can’t access), then using the wordpress app on my phone but after doing it the become activated again and a message saying “An error occur configuring the plug in: The Jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: transport error – HTTP stars code was not 200 (500) [-32300]” appears on screen.
I understand the problem is with Jetpack but while I’m not able to access using an ftp server and I don’t know how to recover and change user and password for the ftp I don’t know what to do. I’m not a computer expert.
