I Cannot Save Any Setings In My Theme Panel After Setting Up The Plugin

Hello Gretings, I will Commend You For your Good Work Here, You did a great job by writing this codes on your plugin, THANKS.

Please my problem here, is that, after i setup the plugin, my theme “Publisher” can no longer save its settings on the theme panel, but when i deactivate the plugin, it will then save.

please i need help to revolved it… thanks.
