Problem with titles on Google search results-no separator

I recently noticed that the title on my posts and pages on google search is either missing the separator or it adds my site title 2 times at the end of the post. Example: 5 Ingredient Glazed Honey Lemon Chicken LegsOliveTomato, instead of: 5 Ingredient Glazed Honey Lemon Chicken Legs|Olivetomato

I have checked all my settings they are fine and no errors.
