https on gcs with custom domain

Hello, thank you for an awesome plugin!
The only shortcoming is the ability for it to server https via custom domain as there is more than one way of setting it up and it’s supported by GCS.
The plugin on servers custom domains via http://cdn.customdomain.com how do I change it so that it always serves via https://cdn.customdomain.com?
