Many time, in plugins, a topic is flagged as resolved by plugin author also if – in realty – bug still persist.
Eg: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/too-many-warning-in-error-log/page/2/#post-8683064
Then, imho, something is wrong here!
Every time author reply flag as resolved, but nothing is resolved and this is really frustrating.
So, I don’t know, maybe a double system?
eg:
Resolved status:
Plugin author: Resolved? YES
/NO
Topic author: Resolved?YES/NO
