I opened a ticket in November 2018 of an issue with the plugin and the invoicing system that the items appeared twice on my invoices.
I got one replied in November from the customer service but still no solution.
I sent back three emails till then and until January 2019 I got ZERO reply from the support team.
Is annoying when they charge a lot of money for the Premium version and you get no support to solve your problem. I Wouldnt Recommend it!
