This plugin has great features, is completely free, and helped me collect many email addresses. BUT, it has technical problems that slowed my site down and led me to uninstall it. For example, it creates a long redirect chain – as highlighted by GTMetrix speed test – to some site called intentiq.com
Also, if you add images to your popups, please make sure they are optimised, as they are all loaded with EVERY page load, regardless of whether they are shown.
I have 34 plugins installed, and disabling just this one halved my page load speed, and page size, improved my Page Speed score from B to A, and YSlow from F to D. Check it yourself on GTMetrix: https://voicetechpodcast.com
