On my website all but 5 users (of hundreds) have used social login to register. Unfortunately being presented with a login field that asks for a username and password is really confusing for them and I am actually getting 16 or more emails a week about forgotten passwords and they are locking themselves out of their accounts multiple times, even as I unblock them they somehow keep trying and get reblocked it’s very frustrating.
Is there anything I can do to put the social login in the menu so they can see the icons and click those to login? Also is there any way I can make the social login appear in its own login box above the username and password box? I think that will help a LOT. I am also open to other helpful ideas :D.
