Membership without storefront

I’d like to have a basic membership level that does not include a storefront. I am using WCFM Marketplace.

In this scenario it would not be the same use case as a standard customer. I want the user to register for a basic membership, but they will not have a store front.

Is this possible natively, or maybe with the Groups and Staffs plug-in?
