How can I add my AddThis Social Share Buttons?

Can you point me into the right direction about how I can add my AddThis Social Share Buttons to the AMP pages, instead of the built-in Social Share buttons?

Is this supported out-of-the-box or do I need to modify it manually into a custom AMP design-theme?
