Logging – GDPR

Hi,
this is more a feature request than a support questione.

I have noticed that GMedia stores the full IP Adress when logging is active.
For example:
If someone ‘Likes’ a picture in the gallery the full IP adress is stored in the Database and visible under ‘GMedia Logs’.
This may be a conflict with the GDPR, or DSVGO in Germany.
So it would be great to have a feature that only stores anonymized IP Adresses.

Of course disabling the logging will solve the problem, but then the Likes will not be counted.

Ralf
