ElasticPress and mobile app on Rest API

Hello:

We have a problem which we are not able to figure out and seek your help.

We have a mobile app which fetches the product categories and others on Rest API. When we enable Elastic Press clicking on any product category results in “No Product found” in the mobile app. Although the moment we disable it the same works perfectly fine.

Any guesses or leads?
