Hi,
I have a problem replying to emails I receive via the contact form. Basically, email replies are being sent to the ‘To’ field instead of the ‘Reply-to’, meaning every time I reply to an email, I’m the only one who gets the reply, and not the person who contacted me.
I use Gmail, and I have Gmail configured to retrieve all emails from my server.
I use my custom email address that matches my domain name for both the ‘Send To Email Address’ and ‘From Email’ fields under the form’s Notifications.
For ‘Reply-To’ I use the smart tag for Email.
I don’t use any SMTP plugins – I have Gmail configured to send emails through the server.
The strange part is that if I try to reply from the server, the email goes to the
‘Reply-To’ address without any problems. The problem is in my Gmail account.
Any ideas how to fix this?
