We are experiencing an intermittent issue with the Stripe gateway on our website where the payment process either hangs or returns a timeout error to the user despite the payment having processed correctly and created an order correctly in WooCommerce. Sometimes the order hasn’t reduced stock/sent emails and sometimes it has. This has led to users ordering multiple times or ordering elsewhere thinking the order had failed.
There are no obvious errors in the logs at all, just a note from some customers that it is very slow to respond when going through the Stripe checkout. We also use the PayPal gateway which works fine
