Hierarchical product attributes not anymore?

Hi,
I am trying to add hierarchical attributes to my car products.
I would like to have:
–make
—-model
So I would like to have:
–Volkswagen
—-Golf
—-Passat

–Ford
—-Focus
—-Mondeo
I am seeing some screens on tutorials where there was a “Parent” option for the terms which is not present anymore. Can you please advise?
