Category Page: Show one Post in full lenght and archive the rest

Hi

I created a category page (see link) on which you can see two excerpts. What I would like create is that the first post is shown in full lenght and all the rest (at the moment the second) is listed in the widget on the right side (so that a click on the link leads to the full article). If not possible with the widget then as second favorite solution on the bottom of the page.
