The home page elements are linked to Posts which redirect to specific Pages using the Link Post Format
(Applies to All links on home page including slider links of Learn More)

(Page example below is Post a Job button below slider, goes to Post a Job, which is correct if in English version, but if STARTS in Chinese version home page, and click same button, goes to English Post a Job (which is NOT correct), must switch language in menu to go back to Chinese version, which should have directly go to Chinese Post a Job page from the home page if started in Chinese language home page)
If in Chinese version, should go to:
http://www.crossroadsguide.org/zh/post-a-job/
If in English version, should go to:
http://www.crossroadsguide.org/en/post-a-job/
but both go to http://www.crossroadsguide.org/zh/post-a-job/ OR both go to http://www.crossroadsguide.org/en/post-a-job/, I cannot make separate redirect urls in the backend even with the WPGlobus Language tabs in POSTS
