Transfer info to new site build

Hi folks/
Just finishing a rebuild there of site, and client uses Ad Inserter (good plugin, Thanks!) in old build,
Of course the challenge now is to transfer all data to new build.
Is there a way within the plugin settings to do that?
Can I transfer a folder copy to new build (same domain name)?

Thanks for any help – I did search for Transfer Data here but didnt get any results on it.
