Adsense Load little bit slowly

This is an awesome plugin. But the problem is that-

When I select the Presets “Safe”, Adsense load quickly like website’s other elements. But the speed score decrease.

If I select Compact/ Optimal/Ultra/Experimental, Adsense load very lazily. Even without tapping/ clicking mouse on the body of the webpage, Adsense ad is not loaded.

And I’m already disabled “Merge script files” from the Minify Javascript option.

But Adsense ad shows slowly still now.
