I installed Classic Editor 1.1 and checked the Block Editor as default and set “Allow users to switch editors” to yes. All other plugins have been deactivated and the website uses default theme Twenty Nineteen on WordPress 5.0 (stable release).
The Block Editor shows a link to switch to Classic Editor. If I click the link, the page reloads, showing the Block Editor; existing content is lost:
Expected behavior would be the page loads the Classic Editor with the same content.
