I used the premium version of this plugin for about six months. People who accessed the pages using this plugin would see “loading” for long periods and some would fail to load. I had more than six PDFs on a page. If I only had one it was no problem. This plugin is a resource hog. Previews should be cached but it appears they are generated on the fly. I finally created thumbnails using Photoshop and linked to the PDF with a simple javascript that works great.
