Attempt to modify options table – Registration – Administrator

I got this in the Log, does that mean that the attempt was blocked?

I checked the users in wordpress and the registration and userrole settings but nothing changed.

Also there are no following entries for changing the settings back

How did they access the admin-ajax.php?

Am I safe?
