“Email address is already subscribed”

No matter what email I sign up with (even those that have never been used on this form), it always tells me that the email address has already been subscribed. None of these emails are being added to my Mailchimp list. I have also tried it on a ghost browser that doesn’t use cookies. What could be the problem?
