Hi I am using the paid version of Sprout Invoices.
I wish to change the default Tax % to 10% as the example shown here:-

Please advise where this change to functions.php should be made as not sure where the file is / where in the file to include the function.
When creating a new invoice the INFORMATION Box defaults to Tax 0% which I wish to be set to default of 10% so I do not need to keep changing this value.
There is also the Default Template which I wish to default to my custom template named “Shirts US Template’ so I do not need to keep using the select values to switch from the Default Template each time I create a new invoice.
It would be appreciated if you could please explain. We are finding this plug-in very useful and just wish to make it easier for us to use.
