Country “required” field is not available

Hello!

I’m using your plugin and I like it, thank you very much!
But I need to turn off the billing_country field and there is a problem with it. When I disable “enable” checkbox, the field is still on the checkout page. And somehow the “required field” checkbox for the billing_country field is inactive and always on. Any other checkboxes for other fields works just fine.

I would be very appreciate if you help me.
