Hi,
I installed your plug in today. I tested the ticket attachment several times but there is no attachment visible and no attachment in the directory /wp-content/uploads/awesome-support/.
System status “Upload Folder” is green “Der Upload-Ordner existiert und ist beschreibbar.”
I also checked “Do Not Mask Attachment Links”. But it was not successful.
Please help me.
