facebook share & like button same count

the display count for facebook share and like button are the same. this is the shortcode that i used: <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[SSB theme=”Circle” align=”left” counter=”true” order=”fbshare,twitter,fblike”]’);?>

are they really counted as the same?
