How can I round Round to be .5 or Integer ?
Small digits Demo as below:
1.) 5.15 to 5.5
2.) 5.4 to 5.5
3.) 4.45 to 4.5
4.) 9.6 to 10.0
5.) 7.7 to 8.0
if the digits are over 15 demo as below:
1.) 15.1 to 16
2.) 18.7 to 19
3.) 18.4 to 19
4.) 19.4 to 20
