Problem with {missing_amount}

Dear all,
a strange problem with {missing_amount}.
My config:
– prices inserted without VAT
– WooCommerce configured with 22% VAT
– products with price vat included in frontend
– free shipping at 100€ (VAT included)

I’ve Subtotal 107,48€ (VAT incl.) but Shipping Bar “blink” 11,90€ for Free Shipping (88,10+22%VAT=107,48)

I think {missing_amount} reads “Subtotal VAT excluded” (88,10€ + 11,90€=100€) can you confirm?

How can I solve this problem?
