Having Photos / Images forwarded

thanks a lot for your shared work.
It works lile a charm.

Anyway, is their a way to have images or photos that appear in post forwarded on Telegram at the same time as the text? Appart from Features Image, I don’t find any way to publish a full article including its embeded images.
