Hello, I already have a menu on top and bottom of my website. I want to make this left menu on one or two pages. I have designed what should look like https://prnt.sc/lh1a0z and I want to add smooth scrolling, when I click on left menu to scroll on that section that I choose, like this but to be smoother https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_css_smooth_scroll.asp#section1
And one more thing, on the homepage I want to put a title in the middle of the page and on the other pages to be in the top left corner. How I can make this left menu and title?
