Hi there. I purchased a Premium version yesterday from your website. I asked a question on your official forum last night and received a response but the problem is, in order to respond to your question, it’s asking me to log in to the site. I was already logged in but decided to log in again. Unfortunately the question/thread STILL won’t recognize that I’m logged in and will not let me respond. I’ve tried numerous times and with 3 different browsers.
I decided to ask the same question again in your forum, also explaining the problems I was having. I posted the question a couple hours ago. Now, that question won’t even show up anywhere in the forum. Your forum also does not list questions chronologically… I can’t see the original question I posted last night anywhere.
