Originally contacted support for the plugin on 10/19/2018 with a simple question about functionality that my customer is questioning. Been getting the run around ever since with 5 different times I’ve emailed them. The author will immediately respond that they are checking out the issue and will get back to me right away and then go silent. Reading the 1 star reviews here, it seems that this is a pattern that author has always had. I wish I would have known this before installing this plugin for the client. Very disappointed with the professionalism of the author. If he doesn’t want to support the plugin unless you upgrade to the PRO version, then just say so. I’m not going to update to the PRO version and take the risk of having the same support issues through.
