HTML in post name

If I write the HTML code in the post title, it blocks the generation of “peramlink” and sometimes blocks the generation of “blog post list”.

Would it be possible for it to automatically convert characters that it can not insert into the “permalink” as well as when inserting HTML code into the visual editor?

Try to insert <iframe </iframe> in to name of the blog post and see how it reacts.

PS: I just need to write the HTML code in the post title as plain text.
I do not want to run HTML in the blog post title.
