strong tags inserted on the thank you page.

Hi,

This is a weird one, tried some stuff myself, but the only solution to my problem I found was disabling the mollie plugin – which isn’t a workable solution for obvious reasons.

I ran into this problem on our new website that isn’t live yet – working with the test-API key.

When doing an order with a payment method from the mollie plugin (we had all of them from Mollie, for testing I enabled another, then there also is no problem.)
you select ‘order paid’ in the mollie screen (test modus) and then you go back to the website on the ‘thank you’ page.

The ‘thank you’ page, looks wrong, the layout is just messed up.

If you inspect the page, you see a lot of strong tags in and around all kinds of divs and spans for example the layout is a col-7 / col-5 but the col-5 div is wrapped in 2 strong tags. breaking the layout. Another example is that at that point the footer is also wrapped in strong tags.

If you view the source, there are no strong tags, so I guess its inserted later by an jquery/javascript.

I went into the themes template files, and just to try I added ‘aaaaa’ as plain text on the page. => this is also wrapped in strong tags.

It was only on this page, none of the other woocommerce pages and normal pages seem to be having this issue.
I switched off all kinds of plugins. but only if I switch off the mollie plugin the page looks normal (after refresh). Turning the plugin back on and refreshing the page will result in the return of the strong tags.
