Enable auto-sync does not seem to work

Hello,

Currently I have setup the Mailchimp UserSync for WP. In the setup I’ve put the enable auto-sync on ‘yes’. However no auto sync seems to be happening, if I look at the sync settings it is registering the changes. These are then mentioned via the line: There are 5 background jobs waiting to be processed.

When I manually hit below this line on ‘process’ the changes are being pushed and are showing up in MailChimp.

Why is the auto-sync not working?
