I’m testing the sale of a downloadable product using sandbox and all my orders are going on hold.
In the order information I get this error message: Validation error: PayPal IPN response from a different email address [ Redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, instant messenger, etc. ]. Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.
The email above is the one I’ve entered in my woocommerce payment settings… is there somewhere else I should be entering it? There was a very similar question to mine here and changing the email to the sandbox facilitator account was the answer…
