I chose this theme because it was advertised as responsive, supposed resizing appropriately for mobile phone screens and different computer screen sizes. I was having problems with the slider and its images resizing incorrectly, so I tried upgrading to the paid version, Grow Pro 1.4.6. I chose a full width ThinkUpThemes slider for the home page and populated it with three images of the recommended size. The slider and the images do not resize correctly on my Galaxy S7 phone Chrome browser, but are severely cropped. The same is true on my Windows 7 Firefox and Internet Explorer browser. On my Windows 7 Chrome browser, the images are only slightly cropped, but information is still lost. All browsers are updated to their current versions. I tried ThinkUpThemes technical support, but after four days of back and forth (at one reply per day), I was informed that what I was reporting was not a bug, but a request for enhancement for which they are not responsible, and that I should try fixing the problem myself with a child theme. This is to me a blatant miscategorization of a major shortcoming in their software, and their claim to be responsive to screen size is simply not true. Also, I have looked at their theme with an eye toward fixing it and for someone who is not familiar with the source, it is not an easy task. And I have an unsatisfied client. To say that I am unhappy with this theme and ThinkUpThemes technical support is an understatement.
