Password reset email arrives with no link to actually reset the password

I forgot the password to my wp-admin, therefore I tried to reset the password. I entered my email to get the password reset link. However, the email arrives in my inbox with no link. How do I gain access to my website now?

I am not really web savvy so any simple responses would be great.
