Hi,
My site has a form which I’ve added to the footer and also to a popup which shows after 5 seconds. I’m experiencing the following issues:
1. On mobile iOS, when the user clicks on an input on the popup form, the user is sent down to the footer form. The focus gets “passed” to the same input in the footer form, instead of filling out the popup form. The popup is still shown so that makes filling out the form impossible. This doesn’t happen on Android or desktop.
2. The datepicker doesn’t work when two forms are shown on the same page. I have a birthday field which opens a datepicker. If there are two forms (footer and popup), choosing a date on the datepicker will only work on one form, the first form on the page (footer form because the popup is added to the DOM after a few seconds). This happens on both mobile and desktop.
Please help me out with this… winter (shopping season) is coming.
