Hello,
We needed help on our website in relation to Nab Transact.
The Nab Transact payment form on our website suddenly stopped working and is not sending emails and it keeps canceling orders after some time. (Probably because of the error to begin with).
We have enabled the test mode. And when we did a test, it gave us the “Invalid Fingerprint” error when the Nab Transact Form payment was submitted.
We have disabled all the plugins except for Woocommerce and SSL related plugins to see if there are conflict and it seems there is none as the problem is still there.
We have also updated the WooCommerce and the results are still the same.
We did that all on the clone website which is having the same error on the live.
On the NAB Client ID field, our Client ID starts with a number even though there is this note below the field:
“The Client ID will be of the format “ABC0010″, where ABC is your unique three-letter account code.”
We double checked on NAB Transact and they said that they ran out of combinations so our Client ID has a number on the first three characters.
We are out of options on how to resolve the issue so we are now asking for help.
If you could check on the problem it would be a great help.
Also, is there a way to provide the logins of the website without posting it publicly?
