Home Page Issues (Bottom part downloads first)

Hi

I am using OceanWP theme and also created a child theme. The trouble I am facing with my home page is that when it downloads, the bottom portion that contains WP posts plugin shows first for half a second and then the top potion of the homepage shows. Can someone please help me in resolving this issue so that the homepage downloads normally?
