How to resend reminder email?

Hi

Cant find the option to re-send reminder email again. Would be nice to add an option or button to send AGAIN the reminder email, or auto send a second email if the first didnt take effect.

Some helps for this?

Also, i need to have a rating review on post & pages, is it possible?
