Only first name is submitted

Hello again
When I try to export the entries I’ve collected here

I only get the first name of each submitter, not the last name:

I’ve set up a “dual” name field – it should collect both (“fornavn”/first name and “etternavn”/last name):

Is there some setting or anything else I may have overlooked?
