Request: Pre-purchase Group Buy plugin for multiple customers

Hi. I have tried to look for this specific feature in a plugin but couldn’t.

I would like for customers to pre-purchase items PER brand. For example,to avail a 50% discount on Samsung products, multiple customers can pre-purchase samsung products and we will set a Total Amount like 5000USD that everyone needs to reach, in that way, we can process all the orders with 50% OFF.
