Header color showing up in customizer but not on actual site.

Hello! So I am customizing the color of the header and it is how I want it in the custominzer but not on the actual website. I have cleared the caches. And I have saved and refreshed. Any idea why it is doing not showing up properly? Attached are SS of both!
