This very same issue was originally reported about 4 months ago here:

so the bug is not related to the latest 2.0.26 update, it’s been there for a while.
I use Ultimate Member plugin for the user profiles on my site and also WP Job Manger plugin so my users can submit jobs listings.
If a visitor of the website wants to submit a job listing, but is not yet registered with the website, they can create a user account upon a job submission through the WP Job Manager plugin. WP Job Manager follows a standard WordPress user registration procedure.
The issue – any user account that is created in any other way than via UM is not editable.
So if I register for an account not using the UM form, I cannot edit the account.
Is this something that could be fixed please?
