I normally don’t call out companies in public, but the business team at weDevs are unscrupulous and their download/sale page extremely misleading. If you’re looking for a decent OSS CRM system, WP-ERP is pretty good. It doesn’t work on Pantheon, but it’s decent. Problem is they trick you into paying for something that’s free – and then refuse to refund $149 when asked to.
Also – their support is TERRIBLE. They are in Bangladesh and only have an email support window in their timezone. Email-only support for a $149 product! Their chat reps are nice by useless in resolving anything.
Use the free plugin – but do not give them your money. They are terrible at support and customer management.
