More tag

Hi,
I have a Staff List Pro, and I want to have text for each of the staff members, however the text is not the same length for everybody so it doesn’t look very good in the grid.

For that reaseon I wanted to use <!–more–> tag, so that everybody has the same length of text and more would be under the link.

This tag doesn’t work for me in this plugin.
Am I doing something off (should I make a separate page for each person if I want to use <!–more–>?)
