This is one of those must have plugins for a WordPress site. For smaller sites it is free. For larger sites it costs a bit but it is well worth it and the fee covers all your sites.
It does backups and migrations painlessly. I did 4 sites with it and saved myself a lot of hassle, time, energy, stress and money.
The customer service is absolutely the best you could ever ask for. Fast, responsive and exceeded my expectations by a far margin.
When pros offer to migrate your site for a fee they are probably using this plugin themselves.
